Damage / Incident Policy

Clear reporting helps us investigate and resolve issues quickly.

Reporting

Any damage, missing item, or incident should be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photos, details, and the affected item or area.

Review

NestHelper will review the report, service notes, photos, scope, and helper/partner feedback before determining a resolution.

These policies are written to set clear expectations for NestHelper customers, helpers, and partner providers. Final approval, scheduling, and pricing are reviewed before checkout.
