Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for requesting and receiving NestHelper services and purchasing Smart Labels.
Last updated: August 9, 2026
Request-first service
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or scheduling. NestHelper reviews service area, availability, scope, safety, pets, access, and payment before confirming a visit.
Payment
Approved service requests and direct Smart Label purchases are paid securely through Stripe. Prices shown on the website are before applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated in checkout or invoicing when configured and required.
No childcare or medical services
NestHelper provides household support and parent reset services. We do not provide licensed childcare, unsupervised babysitting, medical care, elder care, emergency services, legal advice, or financial advice.
Right to refuse service
NestHelper may decline, stop, or reschedule service due to unsafe conditions, incorrect scope, harassment, aggressive pets, illegal activity, biohazards, or unavailable staffing.
Smart Labels and online features
NestHelper Smart Labels are QR-based organization and optional Lost & Found tools. A free account and internet connection may be required to activate and manage labels. Smart Labels do not provide GPS tracking, theft prevention, emergency monitoring, or a guarantee that a lost item will be found or returned. Customers are responsible for the information they save and for choosing which optional Lost & Found details are made public.
Smart Label accounts and ownership
Customers must provide accurate account information and keep account credentials and activation codes private. NestHelper may require reasonable ownership verification before correcting or transferring access to a Smart Label account or claimed label. Creating a Smart Labels account or using Smart Label features is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Smart Label Policy.
