Some services may be completed by NestHelper checked helpers or vetted local partner providers.
Partner-vetted providers
NestHelper may coordinate with laundromats, cleaners, errand providers, or other businesses. Partner providers are reviewed for service fit, reliability, communication, insurance/business information where applicable, and customer standards.
Coordination
NestHelper coordinates the request, sets expectations, and follows up after service so families are not left guessing.
These policies are written to set clear expectations for NestHelper customers, helpers, and partner providers. Final approval, scheduling, and pricing are reviewed before checkout.
