NestHelper Policy

Pet Policy

We love family homes, but pets need to be disclosed and safely managed.

Disclosure

Customers must disclose all pets before service. Aggressive, anxious, or escaping pets must be secured away from the work area.

Helper safety

Helpers may refuse service or stop work if a pet creates unsafe conditions.

These policies are written to set clear expectations for NestHelper customers, helpers, and partner providers. Final approval, scheduling, and pricing are reviewed before checkout.
